EXPONENTIAL: GOD’S BACKING OF THE FAITHFUL
“The works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do” (Jn. 14:12).
SUPERNATURALLY BACKED
According to the prophetic signs that have been fulfilled, we can perceive how we are approaching the end announced in the Bible regarding this system of things. For Christians, this is relevant because, since we have a commission to finish, we must keep in mind how much time we really have left to complete it.
The Bible says: “See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil” (Eph. 5:15,16). “And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come” (Mt. 24:14).
Now, to fully represent our God on this earth, there are at least three ways in which we must “bear witness” of His living and active presence in us:
- INDIVIDUAL: Living successfully in every area of our lives (family, marriage, professional, good health, material provision, etc.). The Bible says: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers” (3 Jn. 2).
- VOCATIONAL: Developing each person’s talent, influencing according to their area of calling in all spheres of society (education, government, media, arts, economy, etc.), to transform it according to biblical principles. The Bible says: “As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God” (1 Pet. 4:10).
- CORPORAL: Carrying out classic evangelism and intentional discipleship, and improving the regular work we do as a church. The Bible says: “For the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ” (Eph. 4:12).
To bear witness to the power of God in favor of His children, the Lord is pleased to give us victory in each of those areas, starting from the little and leading us to an exponential victory, as we show faithfulness. The Bible says: “I will make you a great nation; I will bless you and make your name great; and you shall be a blessing” (Gen. 12:2). “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord’” (Mt. 25:21). “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (Jn. 14:12,13).
WHAT IS THE EXPONENTIAL?
The most precious level of divine backing toward us happens when we experience being launched into the exponential.
Our God has a great interest in helping us out of a mindset of limitation, where there are always stumbling blocks that stop us, scarcity that hinders us, and obstacles that get in our way.
“Exponential” refers to the increasingly rapid rate at which a process increases, but not only in terms of its speed, but also in terms of its intensity. It is more than just “growing” and “moving forward”; it is accelerating and increasing the power of a force as time passes.
Regarding God and our relationship with Him, the exponential is more than His blessing opening doors for us to do things; it is the added increase from heaven upon our efforts, taking us far beyond our power with His power. It is similar to the acceleration currently occurring in science, where one technology “rides on top of another” to produce new systems and services with a speed unthinkable in past decades, making everything more accessible and faster.
EXPONENTIAL MINDSET
Knowing He had a titanic task to fulfill, Jesus was careful to “sow Himself” and “empty Himself” into others as a measure to exponentiate His ministry. This is why He worked intentionally with His disciples in the area of thinking beyond the environment in which they were raised. He believed in them for great achievements in the Kingdom of Heaven, even though they saw themselves as small in their own eyes.
He always told them that, as His chosen ones, they would be used with great power and authority, and so it was:
- He told them they would hold a position of honor: “So Jesus said to them, ‘Assuredly I say to you, that in the regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel’” (Mt. 19:28).
- He told them they would travel to many nations: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Amen” (Mt. 28:19,20).
- He entrusted the entire future of His ministry to them: “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you. And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained’” (Jn. 20:21-23).
Now He has entrusted that same thing to us. The Bible says: “Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation” (2 Cor. 5:18).
Jesus always wants to take you further than you imagined! Jesus sees you with more possibilities than anyone has ever seen you before!
DIVINE MANIFESTATION THROUGH THE CHURCH
God is preparing in this time to back His work in us (and through us) in a supernatural way, helping us to accelerate it and “launch” it toward total triumph, so that every part of His eternal purpose for humanity is fulfilled. The Bible says: “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance” (2 Pet. 3:9). “But this I say, brethren, the time is short…” (1 Cor. 7:29).
The church needs to live in the exponential dimension, because it is only through us that the glory of God is to be seen in this generation. The Bible says: “That in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus” (Eph. 2:7). “O Lord, I have heard Your speech and was afraid; O Lord, revive Your work in the midst of the years! In the midst of the years make it known” (Hab. 3:2). “Arise, shine; for your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the Lord will arise over you, and His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising” (Is. 60:1-3). “And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ; to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places, according to the eternal purpose which He accomplished in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Eph. 3:9-11).
THE HOLY SPIRIT IS EXPONENTIAL
God’s exponential nature was present from the beginning, but it manifested in a very particular way at Pentecost. That Spirit which was previously in only one man (Jesus), on that day filled many worshipers; and that “exponence” of the Spirit drove the devil crazy, as the Spirit began to fill millions, who have also become spokespersons for the saving truth and champions of God’s love throughout history.
Look how the message was prophetically exponentiated! “And how is it that we hear, each in our own language in which we were born? Parthians and Medes and Elamites, those dwelling in Mesopotamia, Judea and Cappadocia, Pontus and Asia, Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjoining Cyrene, visitors from Rome, both Jews and proselytes, Cretans and Arabs—we hear them speaking in our own tongues the wonderful works of God” (Acts 2:8-11).
It is still so now. It is in our interest to be His friends at this time! Because if anything is going to be exponentially powerful, it will be only by the capacity that the Holy Spirit can impart. The Bible says: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the Lord of hosts” (Zech. 4:6). “He who believes in Me, as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water. But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive” (Jn. 7:38,39). “And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power” (1 Cor. 2:4).
POTENTIATION IS BIBLICAL
The potentiation to which the Lord wants to lead us as His children is a concept proven by Scripture, expressed in clear terms. Look closely at how it is explained, for example, in the following verses:
- SPEED TO THE NTH POWER: “For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry” (Hab. 2:3).
- MIRACLES WROUGHT TO MANIFEST JESUS: “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father” (Jn. 14:12).
- MULTIPLICATION AND INCREASE OF RESOURCES: “A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation” (Is. 60:22).
- OUTNUMBERED, BUT PREVAILING IN VICTORY: “One man of you shall chase a thousand, for the Lord your God is He who fights for you, as He promised you” (Josh. 23:10).
- EXPLOSION OF THE NEXT GENERATION: “Therefore from one man, and him as good as dead, were born as many as the stars of the sky in multitude—innumerable as the sand which is by the seashore” (Heb. 11:12).
HOW TO ACCESS GOD’S EXPLOSIVE POWER?
All the divine fullness destined for us in the highest is basically summed up in two requirements:
- OBEDIENCE: Commitment to what is asked of us in all things. This always keeps us on the right track. The Bible says: “Only be strong and very courageous, that you may observe to do according to all the law which Moses My servant commanded you; do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may prosper wherever you go”(Josh. 1:7).
- PRIORITIES: Putting divine interests above all things. This always keeps us in the right heart. The Bible says: “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Mt. 6:33).
Now, once we are on the path of these two premises, the Lord unfailingly puts His hand of favor and backing upon us, giving us much more abundant fruit than we could achieve alone on our own. The Bible says: “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” (Eph. 3:20,21).
What would the Lord withhold from you, after you have shown that His Kingdom is the most important thing to you in life? “For the Lord God is a sun and shield; the Lord will give grace and glory; no good thing will He withhold from those who walk uprightly” (Ps. 84:11).
The accelerated and empowered blessing of the Lord upon those who show Him faithfulness is sure, and sooner or later it reaches us as we demonstrate balance and character.
EXPONENTIAL PROPHETIC WORD
Toward the end of 2025, God put the following prophetic word in me to say to His people, ready and available for whoever dares to believe it and put it into action; and this word came precisely for the time we are living in. This word says:
“Everything you undertake in My Name is going to multiply supernaturally.”
Look at each of the parts of this prophetic word:
- “Everything,” because God can give you victory in every area of your life and in every dream He Himself has inspired in you.
- “You undertake,” because He needs to see our action and movement, since “faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead” (Jas. 2:17).
- “In My Name,” because when we put Him first and dedicate our achievements to Him, He is pleased and releases His glory.
- “Is going to multiply supernaturally,” because God is going to intervene to bless, giving you a growth that defies logic and natural laws.
So get ready: everything you started previously is in a position to increase in a beautiful way, difficult to measure and imagine. The Bible says: “Look among the nations and watch—be utterly astounded! For I will work a work in your days which you would not believe, though it were told you” (Hab. 1:5). “Then all this assembly shall know that the Lord does not save with sword and spear; for the battle is the Lord’s, and He will give you into our hands” (1 Sam. 17:47).
WORD ON THE “VINO Y ACEITE” (WINE AND OIL) MINISTRY
Let me tell you something I see in my heart regarding the ministerial network we develop: That the exponential will be experienced in the Ministry at an international, national, and 100% local level. This year is an exponential year for us!
Look: the Kingdom preached by Christ was empowered (not limited) when He said goodbye and entrusted His mission to the Twelve. He was 33 years old, the age that “Vino y Aceite” reaches as a network of churches this year (1993–2026). It was a generational transition of authority, thanks to which His work could grow far beyond the region He had stepped on. We are in that same condition, about to experience the supernatural push that will catalyze our Work. Jesus was no longer physically with them, but His teachings were.
As for us, we will see an exponential local church, impacting even more outside its four walls. Remember: A church is not great because of the number of people it has inside, but because of the number of people it sends outside.
As a testimonial sampling, this happened at the 2025 national men’s retreat: At the same time there were several preachers in El Borrascoso, as well as in Guanajuato, and others in Puerto San Carlos, Baja Sur. And that is going to continue happening!
“Commission” was the theme of a Convention a few years ago, and it marked the beginning of a task… now in 2026 it is “Exponential,” and it is about accelerating that task more, amplifying the horizon, “spreading” the oil that has been entrusted to us to administer.
“The end of a thing is better than its beginning” (Eccl. 7:8). “The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former” (Hag. 2:9).
Remember that we are in a ministry of apostolic unction, so it is important to clarify something: the apostolic is not to be locked up, but to be released. When we lock up the apostolic, we limit it; but when we release it, then we exponentiate it.
